Hannah Black founded Energised in 2024 with a simple goal: to provide specialist electrical workforce solutions built on relationships, industry knowledge and genuine service. After years working in the recruitment and labour hire industry, we saw an opportunity to create something more focused.

A business that understands the electrical sector, values long-term relationships and takes the time to get things right.
